Quick Turn maintains stringent controls of our internal process to ensure consistent quality. Every part is assigned a work order which details how your product will be processed. In addition to basic part information, the following vital information is recorded

• What hooks or fixtures were used
• Wash temperature and chemical concentration data
• Dry off oven temperature
• Paint color, part number and paint lot number
• Line speed
• Gun settings
• Cure time and cure oven temperature
• Actual paint thickness
• Packaging information

Work order data is maintained through our fully integrated network. This process ensures consistency for recurring jobs and maintains historical data for each and every part we paint.
