Quick Turn employs the latest state of the art equipment which was design to maximize productivity while minimizing energy consumption.

Cost savings are realized through our in house design and fabrication of hooks and fixtures. This capability shortens lead time and makes it possible to utilize the auto gun system on parts that would otherwise be impractical or impossible to paint automatically. In many cases, automatically painting parts doubles the throughput while maintaining more consistent paint thickness.

All paint booths have the ability to reclaim the over sprayed paint which has a dramatic effect on high volume part prices. House colors are also reclaimed reducing paint cost even on low volume parts utilizing our house colors.

Quick Turn has no long term debt due to one hundred percent owner financing. Because we have no interest payments we can charge less then our competitors.
